Yarn: Brown Sheep, Lambs Pride Bulky
This was a quick and enjoyable knit. My only problem is that it flares out in the back, so I'm considering sewing a chain in the back to weight it down. Now I just have to figure out where to buy such a chain.

Just a thought but what about putting in some back darts? I read a book recently where she had a small section about treating the knit fabric like woven fabric. It was scary looking but interesting.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the suggestion. Interesting thought, and I did have some issues with the back. It was sticking out. I resolved it by re-knitting most of the back and adding some short rows, which is essentially what you'd do if you were adding darts (although you'd position the short rows differently). The photo both here and on Ravelry was taken before I re-did the back.
