Disappointment Assuaged and Tour of the Louvre Area

First on today's agenda was to find the exterminator.  He has a delightful window display.  I am no longer disappointed.

I stopped to take a picture of Bad Boys Street for grandson Niepa.

Mexican food in Paris?  It's very trendy right now.  I had two carnitas tacos and one mushroom taco.  The carnitas looked and tasted like ham, but it was good.  Bill had a salad and pinto beans.

St. Roche, the patron saint of plague victims, is always portrayed with a wounded leg and his dog, who brought him sustenance.

We've been to the Louvre in the past, and I'm not a huge fan of classical art, so we didn't visit the museum today.  But here's the inverted pyramid in the shopping area beneath the Louvre.

There's a charming holy water font at St-Germain-l'Auxerrois.

Today's cheeses:  None, but don't worry, we've got plenty left over from previous purchases
Today's baguette:  From the corner bakery and not one of the prize winners.  However, it was warm, so it won the coveted Margaret Westerman prize for baguette of the day.
